3 - Foundation & Structure (25%)

  • Paid in stages as construction progresses (Excavation, Foundation, RCC framework).

  • Regular site updates provided to customers.

4 - Brickwork & plastering (25%)

  • Paid once the main structure is completed and brickwork begins.

  • Includes external and internal wall construction, plastering and structural finishing.

5 - Flooring, Electrical & Plumbing (15%)

  • Paid as interior work progresses (Tiles, Elect. wiring, False ceiling, Plumbing, etc ).

6 - Final Finishing & Possession (5 %)
